Aida Domènech, also known as Dulceida, is preparing for the summer of her life. As she puts it, “We have to think: ‘This is going to be the summer of my life'”.
She’s had a busy year, with a new project called “La gran cita” where she helps people find love with the help of an algorithm. When asked if it’s possible to find love on a TV show, she says it’s just like finding it in a bar or on the street – it’s all about being open to it.
Domènech has been in the public eye for many years and has learned to protect herself and her family from the scrutiny of social media. She says she only shows about 10% of her real life on her accounts.
As a mother, she’s found that her priorities have changed and she’s more aware of what’s important. She’s also more fearful, but in a more conscious way, worrying about her daughter’s well-being and education.

Domènech believes that being strong mentally is essential for her line of work. She’s been to therapy and has learned to manage her emotions and prioritize what’s important. She advises young women not to compare themselves to others and to focus on their own strengths and weaknesses.
Her idols are her mother and grandmother, who she says are strong, independent women. She also admires her wife, Alba, who recently participated in the reality show “Supervivientes” and showed her strength and resilience.
Domènech is a strong person, but also has her weaknesses, like anyone else. She’s been open about her struggles with social media and the pressure to present a perfect image.
She is looking forward to participating in the upcoming Pride celebrations, which she believes are more necessary than ever. She’s expectant of the criticism she might receive, but is determined to continue fighting for what she believes in.
Her daily life prioritizes her family and her well-being. She enjoys practicing healthy habits, especially when it comes to dinner.

Domènech believes that it’s essential to be authentic and not compare oneself to others on social media. She likes to see real, natural content from the people she follows and appreciates the honesty and vulnerability that comes with it.
She is more protective of herself and her family now. She’s learned to communicate in a way that’s still natural and authentic, but also respectful of her loved ones’ privacy.
Her approach to life is centered around being true to herself and doing what makes her happy. She advises others to do the same and not worry about what others think.
She puts it simply.
