Australian farmers are eyeing the profitable Asian bubble tea market after researchers created a healthy variety of the popular drink that replaces a portion of its sugar content with oats.

BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) – Players grabbed their paddles and took part in a pickleball exhibition in Biloxi this week.

The open-play exhibition and senior health fair is a way to keep the aging population young and healthy.

The Southern Mississippi Planning and Development District teamed up with Mississippi Gulf Coast Pickleball to make this happen at the Donald Snyder Community Center.

One player says she moved across the country to play here on the Coast.

“I moved to Biloxi for pickleball because it’s so great, and I know they have the best program in the whole nation,” said player Amy

Using nature to treat mental health patients
